Focusing (Concave) Mirrors

Concave mirrors, also known as focusing mirrors, are ideal for applications that require efficient light collection and reflection to a focal point. Unlike lenses, concave mirrors do not introduce chromatic aberration, making them highly effective in precision imaging systems, beam shaping, and illumination setups.

Edmund Optics offers a wide selection of concave mirrors with either spherical or parabolic surface profiles and a variety of durable metallic coatings. Choose from Aluminum for enhanced reflectance in the UV and visible spectrum or Gold for high performance in the near-infrared (NIR) and infrared (IR) regions.
