Product Family Description

  • Manual or Automated Multi-Directional Control
  • Interchangeable Filter Retaining Wheels
  • Lightweight Design with Multiple Mounting Options

Miniature Motorized Filter Wheels are ideal for space constrained applications that require spectral selection, such as fluorescence microscopy, color CCD photography, or photometry. These stepper motor driven, optical encoder regulated filter wheels are designed to repeatedly select absolute positions either manually using a push button or remotely through an RS-232 or USB 2.0 interface. Miniature Motorized Filter Wheels feature two aperture positions, at 12:00 and 9:00, and a digital display which shows the current filter position. The six position filter wheel accepts 25mm filters, while the twelve position filter wheel accepts 12.5mm filters. The base of the unit features six threaded mounting holes to ease system integration, including one ¼"-20, two #8-32, one M6, and two M4

Note: Accessories are available to increase or decrease compatible filter size.
